You’re Home at Harris Village

At the Harris Village community in Robinson, Phase V of new home construction is underway with Hart & Associates Builders’ signature style of traditional homes and its socially interactive neighborhood design.

Founded in 1977, Hart & Associates Builders is the new home builder Waco TX and exclusive builder/developer for the project, with two more phases slated to finish the subdivision. Since Harris Village Phase I began in 2005, Gary’s wife, Jane, insisted on including sidewalks to provide child-friendly, safe walk spaces. Jane is now the broker for Hart Realtors, their real estate sales end of the business.

There are four different floor plans — each with three bedrooms and two baths ranging from 1,650 to 1820 square feet. The homes include James Hardie siding, covered front and back porches, a two-car garage, a sprinkler system, landscaping in front and back yards, a security system, and foam insulation.

Throughout Harris Village, the homes’ exteriors are colorful and welcoming. The traditional front elevation designs are classic, with a slight nod toward the Craftsman style. Each have a seating area on the front porch, providing an added outdoor living space and encouraging social interaction with neighbors.

Interior Finishes

Interior finishes include quartz, counter tops, wood cabinetry, vinyl plank laminate flooring, master baths with tile floor, garden tub, separate shower with faux marble tile, double vanities and a master bedroom walk-in closet complete with built-in shelving. There’s also a fireplace in the living area and bar seating in the kitchen. All plans have a dedicated laundry space at the garage entry and generous closet/pantry space in all the plans.

Harris Village continues to appeal to a diverse range of homebuyers, making it a popular choice for retirees, young professionals, families and single heads of households.
